Following Nigeria's contentious presidential elections and petition filed on grounds of certificate forgery against the president, Tinubu is begs judge Nancy Maldonado of U.S district court, Northern District of illinois to delay the release of his academic records. The lawyers are appealing saying the release will have severe damage to him.
Judge Nancy Maldonado ordered the defendant to produce a full brief of their arguments on Monday.
